Graham
has advised owner managed and middle market businesses
for the last 20 years.
Graham acts as a non-executive Director for a number of
small businesses advising on strategy, refinancing,
flotation, acquisitions, disposals and performance
improvement.
A
recent role involved devising and delivering a
turnaround plan, working alongside the Managing
Director: Operational efficiency increased by 50%,
overhead elements were decreased by up to 40%, and
profitability increased by 300%+.
During his career, Graham has advised on over 100 deals,
on the buy side and the sell side, for corporate &
private equity clients.
In
2009 Graham saved a client £0.5m on a £5m acquisition
through advice on price adjustment mechanisms and SPA
definitions.

Nick has experience across all media and works
with clients to identify the most effective
media that will deliver the client's strategy,

Nick has advised as a copywriter for Bartle
Bogle Hegarty on Xbox, Boddingtons and Lynx
before moving to Saatchi & Saatchi, advising
Carlsberg and Toyota across all media from TV to
sales promotion, and picking up numerous Award
nominations.
Nick recently advised Samsung and helped them
achieve first place in the intensely competitive
mobile phone market as well as building the
brand in Home Entertainment.
More recent projects include the
McCoy's crisp website and Direct Marketing for
Amnesty International.

eCommerce and the construction of a new
headquarters building.

Daniel transformed the company, growing the

advises clients on Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), price adjustment mechanisms, and completion accounts disputes.
Naomi
has advised on more than 400 M&A transactions, ranging
in value from £1m to £1bn, across all major industries. She has advised
many blue chip companies and a significant number of
private equity firms.
Naomi's advice on SPAs bridges the gap between legal and
financial advisors on transactions.
Clients have said
that her advice "adds a great deal of value", providing
investors with "protection they simply would not have
been able to create for themselves".
Naomi helped one
client, hoping for an award of £10m on a completion
accounts dispute, to realise an award of almost £20m.

and client care knowledge and qualifications, Kelly is
instrumental in advising

Kelly
also has the experience of having built a business from
start up which adds real world experience to some of the
issues our clients are facing.
Kelly gained a 1st degree in Business, French & German
before starting working life at KPMG as a trainee
accountant and then moving into marketing (still in
KPMG).

Paul
is qualified in the administration and use of a variety
of psychometric tools and has previous experience
managing small and large scale sales teams. Paul's
previous experience includes several years with Thomas
International, one of the world's leading psychometric
providers.
Paul has helped large
and small companies, in both the private and public
sector, to improve employee productivity.
As a
qualified accountant and being a professional magician
in his spare time, Paul is able to simply communicate
the psychometrics results and demonstrate how the
information can be used in order to improve employee
productivity, employee motivation and job satisfaction.
Paul
helps client employees work better together to the
benefit of the company's profitability.
